Emmaus Bible School UK was introduced to Great Britain in 1951 to provide Bible study by way of correspondence. Since then very nearly a million students have taken up Bible study via distance learning.
Courses can be obtained and studied by individuals, who have their work assessed by a tutor who is personally assigned to them.
Local church groups and home-based study groups can purchase a quantity of courses which are assessed by an accredited leader from that group. The group leader is also responsible for liaising with the School on behalf of the group.
Courses are also supplied and assessed, free of charge, to prisoners in UK prisons and further afield.
